This hotel has a great central location, right by the city center and the railway station. It's quite comfortable, although breakfast consists of instant coffee. Just keep in mind, it's also near the railway line. 🚆.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location with convenient access to common areas and a lively beer garden. the rooms are modern, affordable, and feature very comfortable beds. the addition of central heating and a cozy seating area made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was reasonably large and cheap with central heating and a sitting area.

The place was fancy and rooms here were incredibly comfortable. The room with a very comfy bed. Location: the hotel was close to the beer garden for which people were in until after 1 am in the morning, Ballarat for cheap affordable accommodation, and Close to transport.

the fridge and TV were excellent additions, making it easy to unwind and enjoy movie nights. Extra blankets were thoughtfully provided, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout my visit.

The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi speed, which occasionally lagged, but it didn’t significantly impact my overall experience.

This hotel has a great location near the trains and is close to all the main attractions and a live music venue, plus the large room is very clean with a comfortable bed and electric blankets.

The bed was super comfortable, and the decor style was right up my alley. I loved the beautiful orchids on the dresser, especially since they're my favorite type of flower. The bathroom was conveniently located and everything was clean and tidy. The location was also a plus, as I didn't have to walk far to get to where I wanted to go. The pub on-site was amazing, and the live music was excellent. I felt totally at ease and had a wonderful time.

Plus, the hotel offered breakfast with instant coffee, which was a nice touch.

Although I had a pleasant stay overall, the hotel's location above the beer garden meant that there was some noise from people socializing until late at night. Additionally, the hotel is near a railway line, so there were occasional loud train noises.
